Small plans for LARGER IMAGE
"THE PLAN":
Sunday Morning,
Sunday Night, Wednesday Night
In Him we were also chosen, having
been predestined according to The Plan of Him who works out everything in
conformity with the purpose of his will in order that we, who were the first to
hope in Christ, might be for the praise of His glory.
Ephesians 1:11-12 (NIV)
Guided by the Holy Spirit, our
Pastor has put forward our "roadmap" to fulfilling God's Glory. The
Plan is straightforward: Worship, praise, and study, of God
and HIS word on:
Sunday Morning, Sunday Night, and Wednesday Night
However, this vision will not be fulfilled
without your ACTIVE participation in the plan. But where do you start?:
This interactive section will allow you to have the information YOU need to get
involved TODAY in the plan. It is time NOW for all Olives, regardless of color,
to move into THEIR ministry at Olivet.
Question & Answer
Q: I want to be involved, but I don't know
where to begin. What should I do?
A: First, you must determine, led by your anointing,
where you will either, 1) Minister to others, or 2) Where you need
ministry. Soon, our church staff will have documents further clarifying
all ministries, but NOW is the time to get plugged in. Next, you contact
the webministry, and we will tell
you exactly who you need to see to get involved.
Q: How do I get more information about the
various ministries?
A: Many of the ministries have information posted on the
website. See the Website
Index for
a complete listing of everything on the site. As
mentioned earlier, some more information will be forthcoming, but all ministries
are already clearly defined. You need to get busy right now.
Q: What does Sunday Morning, Sunday Night,
Wednesday Night mean?
A: It means that we will be governed by the WORD of God.
This word is spoken, elevated, taught, and magnified during worship services on
Sunday Morning, and Sunday Night, and during Bible Study, on Wednesday Nights.
Q: Can I be involved in more than one
ministry?
A: Yes, as your spirit leads you to engage in ministry,
however, quality ministry will only come from quality commitment, Better be
fully engaged in 1 or 2 ministries, than to "spread yourself thin"
across several.
